Constance A. Parks’ legal career has primarily focused on criminal defense and personal injury. Attorney Parks will focus on personal injury cases for The Hawk Firm, including automobile accident claims (car, trucking, motorcycle, etc.), premises liability (“slip and fall”), wrongful death, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation.
Attorney Parks is the daughter of an Army Veteran and retired educator. She was born in Stuttgart, Germany, but was raised outside of Augusta, GA, in Martinez. After graduating from Evans High School, Attorney Parks went down to Eagle Creek and obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science at Georgia Southern University. She began her legal studies at the University of Georgia School of Law shortly after.
Her studies at the University of Georgia School of Law focused primarily on criminal trial advocacy through various indigent defense clinics and internships. It was here that she began representing clients in criminal matters.
Prior to joining The Hawk Firm, Attorney Parks worked as a trial attorney with the Law Office of the Public Defender and with George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers as a personal injury attorney. She has secured personal injury settlements in excess of $100,000 for clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, tried numerous criminal cases through jury verdict, and successfully argued Appeals to the Georgia Court of Appeals.
While every case will yield different results, Constance A. Parks, Esq. has dedicated herself to representing clients with a client-centered approach to make sure that she secures the best result that she can for every client she represents.
Attorney Parks is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
